today’s look: a softer shade

A tasteful mixture of peach, pistachio and mango, with a little cream, if you will. I can’t get over this look! The cut of the H&M top (Conscious Collection) is simply divine, the Zara heels do deserve endless more rounds before summer’s coming to an end, and don’t even get me started on the lilly-white Hermes Kelly bag, one of the more beautiful vintage pieces in my collection. Pants: H&M Bracelet: Zara

today’s look: dolce in red

Although the weather looks promising for the next few days, the wind is still a bit chilly. The fabric of this blouse is very light and comfortable, perfect for today. The colorful print reminds me of the gorgeous, and famous, Pucci prints. Another example of how to mix prints. Pants: H&M Belt: vintage Loafers: Asos

today’s look: tigre géant

I’ve been back for a while but still long for Paris. This was the final look we shot during our 10 day trip to the French Riviera and Paris. The giant tiger (tigre géant) around my neck is Versace x H&M. Top is vintage, blazer and skirt are H&M, bag is Salvatore Ferragamo, heels are H&M. The red bracelet is Mango, gold tone and yellow one is H&M, as are the 2 zebra rings.

today’s look: over the top

(more pictures below) Tweet What can I say, I’m a girls girl. And clashing orange and pink just makes me so happy. Add this gorgeous leather Topshop bag, some bling bracelets (Versace x H&M, I am and H&M) and necklaces (H&M) and it all just feels like one happy party. Make sure to wear your sunglasses today just in case I drop by…

today’s look: for sale

(more pictures below) Tweet The striped sweater (Vanillia), skirt (H&M) and belt are for sale. This look has quite a lot going on. I think it’s fresh, there’s some color blocking, mixed prints and some neon. It shows that different things don’t necessarily ‘don’t work’. The jacket is vintage, the heels are Sam Edelman and the necklace is Zara.

today’s look: strawberry sweet ‘n sour

(more pictures below) Tweet A bit preppy, this look is not my average look. I do love it though. The (Versace x H&M cruise collection) shoes are just too yummy to pass up and the large scarf adds a little twist. Make sure you check out the detailed picture of the necklace, below. Tell me what you think!

today’s look: let the sun shine

(more pictures below) Tweet If I would have to choose, I’d say that yellow and orange are my favorite colors this summer. And what a great combo they make here. A light yellow flow-y vintage dress mixed with a very well cut H&M blazer. The gold Asos ring adds a bit of shimmer and the beige shoes and vintage snakeskin bag bring down the colors a little. The necklaces are vintage and H&M.

today’s look: perfectly pink

(more pictures below) Tweet I love this Asos dress, the colors, the print, the shape. This dress has seen the inside of my suitcase on more than one occasion, it’s been in Greece, in Spain and will, most probably, go with me to the South of France very soon! The earrings I bought at H&M last week are just the perfect match. The leather neon clutch is H&M as well.

today’s look: blazing sun

(more pictures below) Tweet And, just like that, summer’s here! Nothing shouts ‘sun’ like this dress, I think. Last summer, see pictures here, I totally colorblocked this dress with my favorite vintage Oscar de la Renta jacket, a rainbow necklace and a pair of marine flats. Today, however, I came across this amazing clutch, and, in no time, found the braided bangle and disco ball ring, and an idea was born. I pictured the desert sand dunes, under the blazing sun, so a more subtle color palette came to mind. I tried my (AWESOME!) spiked peep toe heels by Sam Edelman and that was it, no more needed! I hope you love it as much as I do.

newest addiction: arm candy

(h&m cuff paired with braided beads and bangle) (more pictures below) Tweet The bigger, the brighter, the ‘bold-er’, the better. I remember when that first started. I must have been six or seven, mixing a crazy coat (thanks, Mom, for letting me have that one) with my grandma’s sunglasses and some crazy makeup and, horror, heels! And that’s not all… I went outside, rode my bike around the block so I could show off my look. That shows you, it’s in my genes and I can’t help it. It didn’t cost much then, and, most times, it still doesn’t cost much. It’s all about you and your style (and being smart) and not about your wallet. These pictures show some H&M accessories paired with dirt cheap vintage or thrift finds.
